Wool Information: For you wool lovers that ride!!
For the 2021 - 2022 season we have the best wool ever. On the jersey, leg and arm warmers we are using a superwash merino wool. The weight is about 10 - 11 oz. with less than 2% shrinkage. For the new wool shorts and tights this is the best wool we have had in the last ten years. The weight of the fabric is 15 - 16 oz. and almost 0% in shrinkage along with great stretch. This wool has great wearability. For the retro traditionalist we offer our shorts and tights with a real natural chamois. We are about the only company that can give you a real chamois. We also have the chamois butter for your pad.
Note: All products we use, including material, are all USA made and knitted; from knitting, cutting, sewing, zippers, thread, elastic, etc. We have been manufacturing for over 75 years.
Wool 6-Panel Bibs
I was really, really impressed by the performance of your wool 6-panel bibs
on the PA1240km. I bought 3 pairs of them and used them 3 of 4 days. They
were wonderful. Much, much better performance than shorts or tights I
bought from you before. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I was
extremely comfortable both when dry and wet. Your new 6 panel shorts really
saved my butt on the PA 1240 km.
